You are at the share page where I occasionally upload files meant to be public. It's like Google Drive, but not Google Drive.
It's more free. Google wouldn't check my documents published here, wouldn't ban them, also I can give people direct links to files without extra clicking crap.
Also I like the warm feeling of Web 1.0 with it :)
